I am an avid listener of NPR’s “Wait wait don’t tell me”, I was listening to the “stump the listener game” and this is what they were talking about: Peekaboo. According to the show, this was accidentally marketed as a child’s toy. But then again if you like DIY projects you can try this Instructable
